on 3ds for avatar we should be able to url for avatar. for this i had to use chrome cast.Security problems stop me from doing this. I'm not comfortable enough with security to do this properly, sorry.
we need the ability to follow people or something similar. we also need the ability to delete our own threads, i need one of mine deleted, official tower defense thread. You can't delete threads you make because the OP isn't the only one who "contributes" to a thread. There are LOTS of instances of threads where the OP gets pissy and deletes a thread and we lose hundreds of OTHER people's posts that may have been useful. That's why only admins can delete threads. Also, it's hard to add "following users" in the current system, and it would take too many dozens of hours of refactoring the entire event system to make it work. I'm sorry.
something that would be cool is the ability to add people to private tabs instead of making an entirely new tab.Problem is that, just like with threads, giving people ANY amount of power over other people is usually a bad thing (unless they're an admin). The ability to add people would also require the ability to remove, and I can foresee LOTS of problems with people kicking others at random from their "prestigious" pm rooms. Also, it would be VERY easy for someone to "spam" you into a PM room that you don't want to be in. Imagine someone makes a room with you and 10 other people, and you don't want to be in it so you leave. But they INSIST that you're in it, so they keep adding you to the room. This doesn't exactly work in the current system since you'd have to make a new room with all 10 people in it again. I'm sorry; I don't want this.
I might be the only one here that thinks this is a good idea, but it would be nice to know when someone is typing a message in the chat, whether it be in a private chat or off-topic, with a simple ". . ." message under their avatar to show they're typing. Or maybe someone already mentioned something like this and there was a reason no one added it.I don't like the "..." things in ANY system. This sums it up nicely: https://m.xkcd.com/1886/
