"BASIC (an acronym for Beginner's All-purpose Symbolic Instruction Code)[2] is a family of general-purpose, high-level programming languages whose design philosophy emphasizes ease of use." - Wikipedia Page "In 1964, John G. Kemeny and Thomas E. Kurtz designed the original BASIC language at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire, United States." - Also Wikipedia PageSmileBASIC is NOT Basic. SmileBASIC is a programming/scripting language BASED on Basic.There's no "official" version of BASIC. It's just a group of similar languages .sorry if someone already said this
Age:14
Experience: Ah shucks, probably about as long as I could comprehend words. I'm not joking either. It's actually quiet impressive, despite the fact I have barely improved since I've started and barely have a clue what I'm doing.
Languages:
MS-DOS command/MS Windows Batch
Lua
C++
C#
VB.Net
Petit Computer/SmileBasic line
Commodore Basic line(2.0 and 4.0 specifically)
Simon Basic(Commodore line)
QuickBasic
QuietBasic [http://www.quitebasic.com/]
COBOL
Brainfuck
Bytefuck(My own programming language. Still working on it, ask for details if you want. It's a hell of a time to understand.)
MarioLang
And that's just naming a FEW. The fact I keep learning a lot of new languages may be why I'm not improving, anyone else thing that or am I just going crazy?
