I suppose i also have to freedom to work on it, since i’m also listed as dev. The problem is though his and my coding style are very different and i don’t know what lots of it does because last time i checked it wasn’t commented very well. A lot of code cleaning would be in order... hm. I’m also working on my own game but i don’t know if people will like it or not (it’s a 2d battle royale shooter, and i know people don’t like battle royale games like the garbage that is Fortnite). Working on both is an option though and i know people want to see more of this game. I’ll see what i can do. :P Because i’m sure SwanBot isn’t working on it any time soon.
I don't mind cleaning it up if you don't want to. I've been running very low on ideas for getting stuff to work so something new would be nice. I've recently come up with an organized style which uses comment dividers to separate the init, variable, def, and main function code. I don't do bedrooms though.
No it’s ok, i can do it myself. I find it kind of relaxing.A lot of the code will be restructured and optimized, so for most of it, cleaning up the code isn’t going to do a whole lot.
I had started on making the version with only code i knew would work well/ be correct a while ago but i hit some walls with my own stupidity in my code, so I would be happy if someone wants to work on this. my 2ds screen recently got a tiny dent in the screen stopping me from using a small part of the top right corner, basicaly it thinks im always touching it there. i have not seen what effects it will have in this yet but hopefully i can still code.
I dont think there is anything worth salvaging right now in it other then some of the collision.
In my very little spare time i have been working on the newest version of my massmap project (basically an engine and interface allowing for simple choise on the map generation for anything (because if you did not know the one i first had is really badly made and hard to mod in any way without clutterness.)

Oh! I guess I forgot to mention that .94 is coming sometime soon-ish after the screenshot update (like a week or two afterwards). A lot of the stuff will be revamped to be more usable, like mining. Oh, and Swan did you want me to use the original art? I’m asking so I don’t start making my own art without your consent lol.
The biggest thing I need to work on is terrain gen, then after that is done I can work on player-world interaction, which after that I can do a few minor things then I’m set for release.
if you want to make your own i guess thats fine but if you want to just use mine then also sure..?
yeah the mining really is what got me messed up on because after moving around it would always be something off in some way, have you found a way to make it work?
