Ah, I see (about the name), it’s cool, I assumed it may have been similarities between 4 and 9, but I wasn’t entirely sure until you told me. About the homebrew, I guess you must’ve applied some sort of patch to change SD card compatibility. Since you have homebrew though, I guess you could get a NAND installer and reinstall the 2DS’s firmware to its factory state. Also, you said that your 2DS crashes whenever you try to reset it. What exactly happens? Does the normal multi-color screen crash occur, or does the 2DS show some sort of error handler?

Are you able to remove the antivirus’s whitelist for websites (instead of the antivirus itself, unless you meant that you can’t remove the whitelist)? I couldn’t imagine having something like that on my devices, lol. It seems like a firmware reset for your 2DS is necessary with all the errors going on 😂.

Try uninstalling the antivirus and using Windows Defender until you can get another one (Windows Defender is VERY reliable, trust me). Then see if you can download a NAND dump. If anything happens, please PM me (I feel like I’m spamming everyone, lol).

Try running the computer in safe mode then remove the junk. Also I suggest doing that with it disconnected from the internet until you have windows firewall running.

Already have done so...
Turns out it wrote itself into the registry which lauches this even in safe mode...
Unlike Android's safe mode Windows allows 3rd party apps to lauch in safw mode. BTW I suggested to delete it using CMD but it wasn't helping either.

What "antivirus" is it? It sounds exactly what it says it isn't.

"G DATA Trial version"
It's the best antivirus, because it isn't!

Oh.
Try revo uninstaller or something that does what does for free.
I imagine SIM.3D came about partly because you wanted to build a "better" general-purpose 3D engine. Because I'm curious, will you be making a new version using SIM.3D as the rendering engine? Would the performance or code quality be any better?

I’d imagine the code would be more streamlined and easy to understand using an engine
Can I have the Version 1.0? I wanna see what the game used to be like.
I don’t have version 1.0, but I believe it’s pretty much the same thing, just with a lot less levels and a buggy engine. I do have an old version, but the only difference is that the player is just white instead of colored in, and there are less levels.
The AlphaOS version? I have it too.
