CYMOS is the successor to サカキバラUI and brings in a more enhanced environment for applications.
If you want to help me out with new ideas, or simply join development of this project, check out the CYMOS development thread here.

Yep. I'm not sure of the possibility of Cyber adding it to this though. Go to the games and programs list in the forums and you can find a key for Alpha OS X.
To make one though you can...
...move a sprite around with the circlepad or touchscreen and detect sprite collision ANDed (or use &&) with a button press for clicking stuff.1. It's possible but not for me. I could create these sprites but the way to simulate a mouse is too difficult if I don't get actual help...
2. I just don't understand that emulation.
Not really fitting here!
3. I guess I need a forum for development.Well, this comment isn't related to this program but I must get an answer of the qusetion:
"How can I get my files out of my broken tablet?"
I need it to backup all my data, otherwise I would throw 2 years work away (that shouldn't happen)!

Try using the forums for unrelated questions. For your question try connecting the tablet to a computer (or other tablet?) using an appropriate usb cable. If that doesn't work you'll still have data that was on the sd card (if any) which you might be able to use elsewhere. If you have no sd card and/or you still have something important on the tablet then you can take it to a specialist.

Oh, okay.
But your try has following results:
None. The computer didn't recognize my tablet and ADB wasn't helping either...
Don't ask, when you find the same question in the forums though.
This software contains portions of my code. A DMCA takedown notice will be issued. Massively more polished than 3DS OS, but... This is my software. Copying my code is NOT ALLOWED without attributing.

By releasing a key you are agreeing to the Terms of Use put forth by SmileBoom, and making your project available for "Secondary Use." Now, it isn't explicitly articulated what this means, but considering that all SmileBASIC code is open source and there are no explicit rules, I can only assume this means they can do whatever they want with it, so long as it falls into the further terms of use. I don't think SmileBASIC projects can have any sort of registered copyrights.
Not being credited isn't cool, but frankly I don't think you have much of a chance in hell going anywhere legally.

I will continue to stand by my notice. But, it also says

3rd party, as in not smile basic and ported from a computer. CYs content is not 3rd party because it was made in smile basic.

Look, the only reason why I'm a bit angry is because I was not attributed at all on the presentation page. Fix the attribution, and I'm good. I showed a teacher my 3DS OS and he happens to be on SBS as well. He found this and reported to me that this might be a bit infringing. I flipped my lid after that.

Warrior:
How should I do that as my tablet broke and that was the only way for 3rd party modifications.
Andrew:
If you goto credits like in your version, I leaved your name in there at any point where it previously was.
Point 1: Check, I still give you credit
and i said that this is an open source fan made project.
Point 2: Check, as "fan made" and "open source" are the actual things that are allowed seen in the UGC in the manual.

How about you relax there bucko, by uploading to SmileBASIC's server, you basically sign your program away to be used by other people in any way they choose.
No, it isn't. I'll update the key but 3DS is as good as using toast for SBS.

I updated it so you shouldn't be worried... :)
I've been barely working on the file system model so it will be a while. What do you mean by toast?
