smallBasic could be a tiwanese ripoff of smilbeasic, and the nintendong 3d0 could be another one. Please throw away these items and buy a "nintendo 3ds" and "SmileBASIC" so that you can actually program in BASIC.

Well it looks like you bought a bad system. Try the 3DO from Nintending instead. Nintendong systems can be a bit glitchy.

No, you wont be arrested, you can't get arrested for stuff like this. Just ask your local admin or ask the website owner to simply remove the page. Ask your parents about stuff you can get arrested for, they should know. Or you can google search it.
