R.I.P. Everybody with a o3ds (programs should work perfectly on o3dses otherwise there is a problem with your program and other wise to so you don't get something that goes way faster on n3dses)

12 wins because they: a) regularly participate in Programming Puzzles and Code Golf for fun b) study and understand SmileBASIC at an intimate level that few others do the OSP format itself measures pretty much exactly those two things: "understanding SB" and "practice with conciseness tricks" 12 places far lower in non-space-constraint formats. The "because admin" argument breaks down further when you have to ask why the Head Admin usually places around 5th ww

Also, I'm the owner and I placed essentially nearly last in the ONE OSP I entered. 12me got 17 votes and I got 3. It's because he made a much better submission than me. Also also, I'm SORRY I still haven't made the badges! AAGGGHHH I need to do those!
