Awwwh... It... isn't meant to be unsettling... just humourous. If I'm not mistaken, it's actually possible to get music during the game! While testing, sometimes the music will continue to play after lea♡ing the title screen, I noticed. Howe♡er, sometimes it just won't. Personally, I lo♡e the title screen music most! also nice reference :]

Haha, it's really not coherent and I don't take your description as disrespectful, but actually justified; with amusement because of why it sounds like that. It's not actually playing music with the intent of sounding good... it is playing just weird sounds with the intent of sounding horrible! I love it because it successfully achieves looking of poor quality; therefore, succeeds to be a "joke game" as I'd like it to.
