may i suggest procedural generation
Creating smooth useable mapsmay i suggest procedural generationisn't that just the maps not being random?
Procedural generation is having an algorithm automatically create something for you based on a seed.
This method allows for the data to even not be saved if all you do is read it, since you can generate the data each time instead.
Since the seed and algorithm can be replicated, things can be generated consistently across devices and even platforms.
Example: Minecraft Java Edition's seeds generate exactly the same world as long as they are used on the same version.
-AFTER EDIT-
Oh crap what am I doing
Anyways, you don't need this generation and I'm not sure why the other guy suggested it.

He was asking about dungeon layouts. Create one system to create new levels.
