I think I'd be more bothered if they didn't include the DLC, and personally I would say buying the DLC on 3DS is the reason.

They also released an update to Solid Gunner, which is pretty neat.

I personally think 3.4.0 will launch in Japan for 3DS, the NA will get the bugfix version of it (3.4.1 probably) and THEN they will use that as the release base for Europe. This is optimism though.
