There are literally TONS of other things you can download for SmileBASIC, why just focus on FNAF? Look in the "Submissions" part of the site. Spooky Maze is a good one. And to answer your question, no, it's not possible to get removed programs back. That would defeat the point of removing them in the first place.

Yeah, the whole point of removing it was so that you couldn't download it - sorry. Word of advice, don't try to upload anything that involves series/characters that you don't own the copyright for. Lots of people have tried, and it always ends in disaster. But hey, if you want a SmileBASIC game with jump-scares and a bear that tries to kill you, I have good news...
