Found PTC ROM Dump somewhere! (No link due to piracy)

(Yea, do not report, as I'm NOT linking you to the ROM. :\) I have found a PTC old ROM in a (surprisingly) .app format supported ONLY (and maybe) for a Hacked Nintendo DSi with HiyaCFW exploit using Camera Pit or Flipnote Studio. I found it on an old .zip file FULL of Nintendo DSi games that believed they were lost. (Including PTC, yay!) That I found them on a vid. of how to hack a Nintendo DSi via HiyaCFW using the Flipnote Studio exploit. The vid. is some years old, but still works this hack on latest versions of the DSi (1.4.5U/E/J). _{The game... I don't have to show that... Huh... Unusual... My calculator...}

Following deliberation, the Copyright Office ruled in late October 2003 that four exemptions should be added to the anti-circumvention clause of the DMCA, to be valid until the next Copyright Office rulemaking in 2006, including two that are related to the Internet Archive's original comments:

• Computer programs protected by dongles that prevent access due to malfunction or damage and which are obsolete.
• Computer programs and video games distributed in formats that have become obsolete and which require the original media or hardware as a condition of access.

That last bullet sounds a lot like the entire DSiWare store's catalog. Of course, they're saying "vintage software", so this might not apply to digital distribution platforms. I'm not a lawyer, but GameBridge is long dead (the partnership expired, both companies still exist, see GameBridge's about page on the still somehow functioning site), and SmileBoom have moved onto greater things, so I guess it qualifies as abandonware.

But converting .cia to .app is NOT easy unless there is a converter for .cia files to .app or .nds apps, then, it would be more easy to dump that roms. _{I guess...}

3DS CFW users can export NDS roms from CIA files. (I did it to play PTC in my DSi lol)

I care because of digital preservation. I want to see the thousands of programs people made still be playable (without extensive porting/conversion) and the features of the software were unique, if not good. Also, I was under the impression it was taken off of the eShop because some license expired and it was too outdated to renew.
