It's called Pico-8. I figured someone on here would get a kick out of this.

Nice! Glad I could help. DIM is used to declare an Array and there happens to be a great tutorial for arrays on this site under the resources tab.
I really like that you can export the game as a special .png or html to play on a webpage. If you get it, I suggest just getting it free with Voxeltron. Once they update Voxeltron to have scripting I think it's definitely going to be worth the extra five bucks.

I figured someone on here would get a kick out of this. http://www.lexaloffle.com/pico-8.phpThat's interesting but it looks like it's kind of stunted itself to keep the art style of "only five colors allowed on the screen at once". I think what we're missing is a language as easy to use as SB (especially graphics wise) without all the limitations. In 2016 you don't need assembly level optimization for 2d sprite games, you really just don't.
I recommend Processing. I've messed around with it for a few hours and it's sort of like a mix between the graphics commands of SmileBASIC and the power of Java.
(also there's currently a bundle that includes PICO-8 and a few books, it looks good)
