This program can dither textures and draw them on quadrilaterals
How exactly does inputting coordinates work? When I enable wireframe mode, everything works as expected, but when I try to do textured quads it stretches to a point where I can barely even press start to exit.

I know it's weird I am a little smarter now and so I'll (maybe) work on this l8r
