Running programs from the menu fails after pressing START/SELECT/STOP after an error

After an error, you can press A/enter to return to the menu, or press start/select/stop. However, pressing start/select/stop there will cause the next program you run to end instantly.

Well I did, but the real question is who was the first to document it.

The bug is pretty well known, but I don't think anyone had found the actual cause of it.

I think START/SELECT/STOP was actually buffered and was released if you run another program (doesn't happen when you run a program and then go in edit mode)
