Mysterious Preset Waveform

Root / Programming Questions / [.]

randoCreated:
I have been playing with the default waveform SB has for the user-defined stuff, and found out by trying to record that it closely resembles a sine wave, if not is exactly. But all of the sine waves I've tried creating mathematically don't sound like it very much. Does anyone know more about this, so that I could recreate it?

It could be a triangle wave.

Your best bet is recording through AUX cable to a computer, running FFT (or just an spectrogram) and starting from there to add dem' sines.
