I don't know lumage; if coinz has growth speed control over any plant including fungus, that could be pretty powerful. They could make mold grow super fast and make people extremely ill; for instance, imagine being able to make food go bad 20 times faster. You might be able to make mold grow inside people faster than the body can get rid of it. Or coinz could get rich off of a lawn maintenance service ^_^
Right, including fungal growth would be a totally different situation. There were a few things in there that made me assume Coinz was talking about green plants though... the dream for farming and profit, and the accentuation of "nutrients from the soil" as a restriction. In chat you mentioned that it is magic and maybe doesn't have to make sense, but it's coinz' fault for trying to apply scientific limitations frown face

Super speed + super intelligence because there is no way your brain is going to be able to process everything that fast without some extra brain power.
What I would really want is the ability to understand any system just by looking(?) at it. Machines, anatomy, organizations, people's minds... well, I can imagine that being considered "overpowered," but I would totally take it as far as it can be allowed to go. That would be really neat, I think.
Or this, because it would be amazing.

You wouldn't need both of those powers if you had control over a localized time field. Just speed up time immediately around you relative to everyone else and bam, you can "move" super fast to all the people while still moving and thinking at a regular speed due to relativity. But... that's kinda OP lol.

be able to manipulate gravity within a 100 meter radius, therefore you can create black holes, slow down time around you, etc. but this wouldn't solve the fact that bullets will hit you too fast for you to stop them. so not OP?

I would like the ability to control my gravity and the gravity of things I touch with the added effect of my bones not being crushed under extreme weight (but every super power needs a weakness right?). This way I could make any objects light and be able to lift impossibly heavy things, make myself faster or stronger just by manipulating my gravity.

your bones won't be crushed by extreme weight, but gravity will eventually backlog and apply so much friction (heat) that your entire body melts.

I'd want the ability to manipulate time for any number of objects. I could use that to finish things I find boring quickly, or notice things people wouldn't normally notice.

Ah, I was hoping someone would pick shape shifting. What sort of limitations do you think shape shifting would need so it's not seen as "overpowered" though? For instance, having only animal transformations still gives you a LOT of power if you can transform into any animal. Maybe restrictions such as "you must still be the same size as you were before you transformed" so you can't turn into a huge mammoth or a teeny tiny gnat.
