Input on enemy types

Hello everyone, I am taking a break from a large project I've been working on. In the meantime, I am making a Legend of Zelda-like game. The main draw to this game will be the various enemies the player encounters, and this is where I will need help. What kind of enemies/enemy behaviors would you like to see?
what already exists
  • Slime: constantly chases the player; consumes other slimes when they collide
  • Archer: shoots arrows in a fixed direction; arrow speed varies
  • Red slime: explodes after a cycle of animation
  • Dasher: dashes towards the player if in range
  • Guster: mostly stage obstacle as it is invincible, but forces player movement unless player has the heavy shoes equipped
  • Green slime: warns the player of a nearby boss (I will add in the future so that it restores player HP)
  • Bomblobber: boss that stands out of range and tosses red slimes at the player.
what is planned
  • Shadowcage: appears as a shadow on the ground that chases the player and traps them if they step on it
  • Gorgon: moves in a fixed pattern and initiates game over if the player is in range and facing the front of the enemy
  • ???: two enemies that charge towards each other to crush the player between them (boss)
I appreciate your input. If you are curious as to how the current enemies function, you can download a small demo: 5C35KAE (I made this on n3ds, I am not sure how it performs on o3ds).

You should add multistage bosses, like one that starts to shoot energy bullets, then at half health starts ramming the player and moving double the speed. You should also add an enemy that has multiple life stages, progressively getting harder, like the metroid. And for my normal monster suggestion, you should make a spiky ball that moves along special walls that hurts the player when touched. I would rather it be invincible, as a stage object, but you can choose what it'll be for that. Also, I want to join development for this. Can I?

I appreciate your input. I will add some of these monsters in the final game with credit to you. As for a development team, I have no plans to expand beyond myself at this time, as this is meant to be a small(ish) project and itโ€™ll be easier for consistency. However, I will reach out if I get to the point of needing help.

Ok cool I'll try to come up with more types. Add a boss similar to the security robot in metroid fusion if you can find a way to do that (as metroid is a side view and this is a top view.) Maybe with the jumping just have it move around really fast when jumping, while doing some jumping animation. The jumping around is the main part I want btw.
