I'm not sure if this is possible, but could you make it so small images aren't blurred?
You can fix it in your case by upscaling the image to 200x200 pixels before uploading.
Whether images should be upscaled in nearest-neighbor more or one of the many "blurry" algorithms, is a matter of taste and is mostly a case-by-case question rather than a general one. I think the current setting is fine.
Do you mean for thumbnails? It'll take a LONG time to write my own scaling function; right now we're using the built in "createThumbnail" function to generate your images. I really don't want to write my own... I'm sorry. Use NeatNit's suggestion.
Could you provide an example? Depending on which ones you're talking about, I can fix it, but as NeatNit said, it doesn't always work to assume the type of scaling algorithm that will always be best.
