Ideas for RPG sprites
Hi all, I am updating my RPG assets program and need some input. For reference: here is the original:
I have removed 11 of the duplicate/re-color 16x16 monster sprites and reorganized the others. This allows me 18 more spaces (13 of which have been filled). Here is a list of enemy types that’s been added and not in the image above:
- A scorpion/lizard hybrid
- Slime x2
- A plant/humanoid hybrid
- Winter demon
- Snow dragon
- Pirate
- Wind type bird
- Mimic treasure chest
- Man-toad/goblin
- Catoblepas
- An imp creature riding a pig
- Succubus
Make aI added a “pig monster” in the form of a Catoblepas-like designmoblinpig monster
I'm trying to come up with something creative but my brain doesn't want to. How about an eyeball lolI have one! It’s in the 2nd row of 32x32 sprites of the original. Not very good so I may redo it. There’s also a monster shaped like an ear and a sentient dismembered arm- all of which I’ve considered removing entirely.
Here is an update on the monster sprites progress:
Note: the names are arbitrarily given in an attempt to describe the sprite.
With this update, the monster sprites are complete. I will upload when the remaining, non-monster sprites are done. Thanks for the input.
