How to Use Polls the Right Way

Okay kids, gather around and listen up! When you create a poll on the website, it's created once you click "Generate"; NOT when you post to the thread. So if you want to create a poll without posting it into a thread, just generate the poll and move on. Now, here's a couple things that's happened a few times that we don't like seeing:
  • Creating a "general poll" thread. This has happened at least 3 times and is completely unnecessary. If you want to see all polls, go here: http://smilebasicsource.com/polls
  • Posting polls in the wrong threads. Don't ask about the SmileBASIC EU Release in a Programming Contest thread. If a poll is worth making a thread for, do it. If not, http://smilebasicsource.com/polls.

You guys should add that Google reCAPTCHA API before a poll is generated, to give it a more official feel, to stop people from accidentally creating them, and hopefully give them more time to find typos before it's too late.

yeah the thing i hate most is the fact that you cant edit them, thers so many times ive posted errors accidentally and not been able to edit them. though chat polls we do need!! (i know, i know) and ... forgot what i was gonna say ... huh ill just edit later lol
