How do I make a smilebasic video?

GNOBoy-like, but with my own video instead of You've Been Gnomed.

Not sure what you're referencing, but there's a lot of graphics space, maybe you can draw the frames or import the images and play them in sequence. Or develop a video codec, or use one that someone else made. I think I've seen one before used for an April fool's prank.
