Since I have a working tablet, what about Win9x icons ported to Win3DS?

Okay!
No one will ever do this but I added a screenshot message. (Everything's in German BTW.)
Wasting a kilobyte but why not?
Can I join development of Win 3DS 0.33?
Sure, as long as your suggestions and code inspection isn't that weird.
BTW School started so progress will be slower.
EDIT: I'll try my best taking 2 hours each day.
That looks cool.Thank you. I think I'll let it sit there in my code. BTW If anyone of you, spaceturles, RGames and others who are interested, found code to improve tell me that. Also: Should I scrap the fonts located at the mid-bottom from Windows 3DS or should they be moved to XCMD.LIB instead? I'd like the size of the main file to shrink so I can crunch more stuff in it like new languages.

"I'd leave them as a GRPF" -spaceturtles
They are FONTDEF commands. If I did them as GRP resources I wasted about 2MB because I deal with 4 fonts.
They are managing the formatted text on the new BSoD.
These are only for developer eyes. Please turn around.
Type "BSOD -NEW" in the cmd then you see it. BTW I have implemented a hardlock for no reason. Hold A+B+X+Y while starting it then select "Trigger OS hardlock" but I'd recommend you booted Windows 3DS at least once to load the BGMs. EDIT: I'll let Windows 3DS do this automatically before booting to let it trigger the hardlock correctly."I'd leave them as a GRPF" -spaceturtles They are FONTDEF commands. To make a BSOD or whatever useful make it happen when an application tries to use private system functions or when something important can't be loaded etc. These are only for developer eyes. Please turn around.

If you'd like to join, just tell.
RGamesOfficial did so too.
I might gonna add some more games scrap other.

AMPERSAND äspoiler alert
This will remove the modified Catch The Pots but make Windows 3DS use some games from the SYS folder instead. (I'm unsure.) I'm gonna add my currently private game in it as well. (Takes a while.)I'd suggest icons on the desktop. U know, Shortcuts, Apps and Files! I'd also like to see a Text Editor.
1. Icons on the desktop. Shortcuts, Apps, Files 2. Text Editor1. We will do that but we want a few things to be done first. (For us, technical stuff goes first and UI designs are second) 2. We could create/find one but Windows 3DS can't do multitasking but it will be accomplished soon.
And also... Why not use Windows 2000's startup screen? Its a NT system but it fits in with the 9x systems more than XP.
