All jokes aside, I can’t wait for this anime! Could I have a role in it, if that’s okay?
Plots will be adjusted accordingly, to maximize entertainment, storytelling, and convenience. Voice actors will be held in high regard, and shall be given more prominent roles.

if we're doing an sbs anime can i please request that above anything else you don't include 14522 as a joke also i can't really use a microphone so the voice of pxl_vxl can't be supplied

what if i provide voice lines but don't record?

I don't think that's how it works

Ack. Due to a harsh blow to morale, I've decided to close the poll... in an hour. I feel pretty sad that not many people wanted to join or support, but "oh well". No worries though. I'll continue to work on it. All that really matters is having at least one person to make it for. Thank you to those who are willing to help further the project.

That the winning option was Lumage receiving nonsensical messages is funny in a way I can't describe with words...

This is probably the dumbest thing I've seen But I love it Even though I'm generally just a lurker on the forums, I'm looking forward to seeing this

Oh tip, the animation tools are... "usable"(?) now. You can at least save and load, but don't put too much trust in it yet (ie don't make the entire animation or something lol). Also, due to javascript's single-threaded nature, I can't do auto saving. You'll need to make sure to save your progress frequently. I'm really sorry if anything goes wrong. Just tinker with it for a bit to make sure it's relatively stable before you go nuts. Also there's still no export, copy/paste, or lightbox. I'll work on those later (copy/paste first).

Woo! Since everything kinda already works, production has started. Thanks, TiP. You are such a cool... silhouette-y t-shirt donning thing. I know, I know. I'll be using this little forum-thingy to talk about the anime, but I'll be posting more in-depth things on kland. Check it on http://kland.smilebasicsource.com/image?bucket=sbsanime. Currently, I'm off doing the intro sequence as well as messing with the story you've chosen. Can't wait for that sexy Lumage x mailbox action.

Whaaaaaat lol Have fun

Sorry I'm so lazy. Also, don't worry about me quitting this. I stick to my word. ;) I'm still playing about with ideas, and I'm pretty happy with my story so far. Oh! And I've got the groundwork for the intro sequence. Here's a gif of its storyboard. So... uh... hope you like it. There's a still-image list of frames as well as the unedited original in the bucket.

I love it!

Chatdraw-esque limitations are starting to get to me, and I'm considering on doubling my specifications. This way I'll work with a 400x200px canvas and have 8 colors, resulting in smoother animation, as well as more impressive, vibrant scenes. However, it'll take a while longer to finish. Note that either way I go about, I'll still be creating the chatdraw-translatable version. So... here's a poll to help me decide [poll=p349][/poll]

I love it!
Mii too

Hahaha

Wait, are you using chatdraw to make this? Because wouldn't something like adobe animate cc be a little easier albeit more complicated to use?

Or at least ms paint.

From what I've heard from TiP, he likes the aesthetic of chatdraw for some reason, so he prefers making stuff in it. He IS making the animation in chatdraw, which was why Random added some new features to chatdraw like animations

Let's take a look back...
...it'll all be done in chatdraw, or with chatdraw-esque limitations, such as canvas size and four-color palette.
I think this is where I fumbled my words and/or didn't prioritize them. When starting off, I immediately decided not to create animations within chatdraw, but drafts instead. I'd plan a bit, but chatdraw got... animate-y-er. Yes, I currently can animate scenes within chatdraw, which I find as fun little challenges. You might even see me whip out some draft animations that take an hour or less. However, chatdraw isn't my primary drawing platform. My view of the completed project is that it'd be easily translated to an animated chatdraw as-is, when finished. So, I may import frames from other programs, just because they may be a bit easier to handle. But, I firmly believe in frame by frame animation, so everything is created as I would do it within chatdraw.

Represent me as a sentient bouncy ball with an upside-down kerbal face.
I feel like doing some character designs. What color do you want to be? if you can't decide, I'll go with pink
