On the thought, maybe random could add some sort of signature system. Maybe.
Me and random have already touched this topic.
You can send messages to yourself.... How is that even possible. You should try to do something about it.... Or something.
Not a glitch; I left it in on purpose. You can do this on email too. What's wrong with sending messages to yourself?
It makes me feel like a loner.
That's exactly what SBS is supposed to be! :P jk

The chat isn't working, I was going to the chat but when I got there when I sent messages the messages didn't show up and it appeared that there was no one on.

I'm sorry, there's not much I can do. According to the server, your connection closes (on your end) before I can send anything. It might be that your browser is really old and doesn't support our WebSocket protocol (the thing we use to send messages). It could also be that your browser or router is blocking our connection. Either way, the error appears to be on your end. I'm sorry, there's not much I can do except tell you to get a newer, well supported browser (if you don't already) or check out the firewalls on your computer or router (but I wouldn't suggest it if you don't know what you're doing).

It was my ad blocker.

When trying to access a high page by manipulating the URL: Severe database error(2): Result conversion failure (queryOK) For example: http://smilebasicsource.com/forum?ftid=1&page=20

did you mean fpid? or ftid? spose one is topic id... and one is forum. well...thats cause there is no page 20?

That's normal; I'm too lazy to make a proper page check so I just let the database tell me that the page doesn't exist. It's not broken... one day I might make it a proper error, but most people aren't going to do that.

No, they aren't, but I didn't discover this by changing a URL. I'm not sure why I didn't mention this is my previous post. I was reading some thread, and I was on the last page. Then I realized I wasn't logged in, so I logged in. When the page refreshed I was greeted with this error. It's because I have the "Show twice as many posts" setting turned on - twice as many posts per page make half as many pages, so the default last page is out of range with the setting on. If possible, just make the forum take you to the last page of the thread if it's out of range.

Apparently, people aren't able to reply to comments on phones.

Huh, odd. I can do that. Tap the comment and a Reply button pops up.

Well, like I said, I haven't tried it yet. It might depend also on the browser you use.

You have to tap the root-level comment though. Don't forget that.

Yup. Even works on the default Samsung browser, which we determined doesn't usually play nice with this site :p

I'm on MS Edge (which has also been found to be annoying a lot) and whenever I go to tap Reply, it disappears.

There is now a device-specific option for hiding comment controls. You can disable this to always show comment controls (I personally don't like it, but I'm sure it'll be useful).

On Safari 9.1 on a Mac with OS X Yosemite. The sections are... Oddly placed. It works normally on Chrome though.

Safari 9.1 probably doesn't understand flex. I don't think I ever added all the proper prefixes for regular pages... I'm probably going to redo the styling for pages anyway. I was never satisfied with the current styling.

BBCode that is normally not allowed in certain fields (such as thread posts), they'll appear, but won't when actually posted.

This text is big when previewing, but the disabled BBCode will show the tags normally.

Also HTML will also work on BBCode previews. (will show the tags when viewing normally) <a href="/cheese">Nothing</a>
