The screenshots section in posted programs can never be made empty once there is a screenshot. It seems that if the Content-Disposition: form-data; name="images" section is empty, then it's ignored instead of being understood as 'remove all'.
...something about no program lists...Both should be fixed!
According to a user named Windy, scrolling within the chat doesn't work on a browser called UC on their Android tablet..I guess I could test it on my Android phone later.
If anyone else who isn't lazy wants to try it, I think this is it:

We can look into it, but our website should load very fast on modern browsers (meaning stuff like speedy browsers are probably unnecessary). This is an entirely custom website with no advertisements, so there's almost nothing to slow the page down.

39 is really recent; I thought you were using something super old. Uhhhh hm, I don't know, I'll have to look into it.
Edit: Does it not show anything ever, or are you searching for specific stuff? It's a pretty bad search right now; you have to type it exactly like it is on the website. For instance, I can't search "pirte" and find you in the search. But it'll get better soon.

After the new update (even after clearing GC cache) the chat returns nothing but a blank screen and:
