If necessary, I may have to make all accounts be verified by an admin before they can be used. It'll mean more work for Lumage and friends (and me I guess), but it might be necessary. I know it'll suck for legitimate new users, but I'm running out of options at this point. I don't know how to deal with this.I vote in favor of this.
Turn on admin approval of accounts until he gets bored and goes away to find another site to annoy.
Or you can complain to his ISP and see if they'll do something about it. This sort of behaviour is against the terms of service his parents agreed to when signing up, and I'm sure they'd be overjoyed to have to find another service provider because of their "little darling's" actions.
Also, never engage a troll in direct conversation, as you're giving them the attention they crave.

I can't control users giving him attention, so all I can do is ban his account. He will NOT get bored; he's been doing this for months. I IP banned his house, his school, and various other places, and he still comes back. He will NOT GET BORED. Even if I turn on admin approval, he will spam us with hundreds of accounts that we'll have to sift through. You don't understand his insanity.
