What Is Valid To "Flag"?

I was just wondering if inappropriate things are good to flag or not.

You can flag whatever you think is bad. This includes stuff that's inappropriate or in the wrong place. However, if it's in "General", try to be a bit more lax about the inappropriateness of it. Edit: Also, this is in the wrong place. FAQs are reserved for questions which are asked a lot; I'm sure your question would've ended up here anyway.
