This is a test of the new feature... Edit: for some reason, it doesn't seem to work until I refresh. Maybe I just needed my cache cleared though.

Errr I'm not sure... our css isn't able to be cached, I thought.

Vote (1), because It was a very useful on the PetitComputer Wiki, and would like that feature now.

Time for a tally using the new inline code because why not! (1) - Eight (2) - Two (3) - Two (4) - Two EDIT: I screwed up the icode. EDIT #2: Didn't see some votes.

Hmmm...My vote goes to #4.

Seems like option 1 is steadily in the lead, with more votes than all of the other ones combined.

OK I'm working on notifications now. They may be ready soon? IDK you know how these things go... it may work on paper, but it just falls apart in implementation.

Sweet. Hopefully it works and provides as little stress as possible!

Also maybe add a way to follow users and their projects. That would be nice!

Update on tally. (1) - Eight (2) - Two (3) - Three (4) - Three

1

I vote for (3).

Will there be an option to follow whatever via emails or via site notifications or both? Also I'm voting for 4.

The notifications are just a site thing; you'll be able to follow or unfollow threads and programs/resources. I can't do email because we don't have an internal email system and it takes FOREVER for PHP to send an email over gmail.

Lol kind of glad for that. Wikia would always email me when "oh, somebody commented on this" when I really didn't care. Way too many emails. If I actually subscribed to pages I was following it would be ok though. Site notifications are good enough anyway when I visit here everyday lol.

OK notifications are finally done. Let's hope they don't explode. IDK what I'll do next... probably forum stuff since a lot of people asked for it. Edit: No wait, people want a private message system it seems. Uhhh OK maybe that'll come next when I have time.

BBCode support is still a bit different between the forums and program pages. Maybe its just cause I like writing documentation, but I'd like to be able to format my forum posts too.

http://smilebasicsource.com/forum?ftid=83 The only things that aren't supported are the header tags. Are there other tags that aren't working?

Hmm, what about a "Hot pick of the week" or something like that that shows a neat project that not a lot of people know about(so all those neat projects that doesn't receive a lot of attention does), New releases and updates notifications screen/pop up when you log in...

"Hot Pick of the Week" seems like an excellent idea!
