I could TRY...

Ok, so. I've made the map's name, the first layer of the map, and the second layer of the map all stored into one TXT file. So, it should be very easy sharing maps with other people. Also, I need spriters to help me make the BG tiles.
I'll help, Just inform me on what I should do...

I finished my custom mapping, but for some reason it take a long time to load the second layer of the map even though it was almost instant loading for the first layer. Oh well, long loading times confirmed for Treyarch Zombies Maker.

I finally fixed the long loading screens! Now that this is officially finished, it needs a name..... How about "String Mapping"?

I am going to document what I found last night and share it on this site. People can use it for their games too.

Grammar NaziIt's their not there, sorry it was bothering me.

Lol, grammar nazi. Nazi Zombies.

I've uploaded how I made string mapping, if you're interested. http://smilebasicsource.com/page?pid=328

I've been working on the map editor, so far I've added drawing, filling, and copying. Should I add cropping, or is that a feature no one would use?

I think cropping could come in handy. If there's a limit to the map that you're drawing, and you drew way too much, you could crop out the parts that aren't that fun. Just an idea.

It's impossible to draw outside of the map. So that won't be an issue. I've decided not to add cropping because there's no point in having it.

Alright then. It's you game.

Ok, I finished porting the songs The Beauty Of Annihilation, 115, and Not Ready To Die. I've also noticed an inconstancy in the sprite art, so I've decided to redo it all.

Ok, I've decided to add all of these perks and nothing more. *Deadshot Daiquiri *Der Wonderfizz *Double Tap Root Beer *Electric Cherry *GobbleGum *Juggernog *Mule Kick *PhD Flopper *Quick Revive *Speed Cola *Stamin-Up *Tombstone I will not be adding any more, but will allow custom perks in the final version. I hope your ready for this.

Dang

The pre-alpha build of Treyarch Zombies Maker will be released sometime next week!

All aboard the hype train! This looks like it's gonna be awesome and sounds like a really fun game. Cant wait to see what it looks like and how it plays!

Here's how uploading and sharing maps will be like. Whenever you save your map, a PKD file of your map will be made. You can then upload that PKD file and other people can download it directly to the TZM folder. If you download a map, you will then have to install it. Installing a map doesn't take very long. After installing it, you can them play the map as much as you want without having to install it again.
