Can I upload a program and set the key as coming soon, or will it be removed?

It'll probably be removed. Just make a thread for it on the Talk about programs category if you want to talk about it before releasing it.

The code gets removed and the page doesn't show up while browsing for programs. You can edit it later when you have a key.
