Hello everyone! ShadowCX11, myself, and the ShadowTech team are proud to announce the *coming soon* ShadowCoins! It was originally SourceCoins. ShadowCoins is a cryptocurrency on the 3DS, and the 3DS acts as your mobile wallet. You can transfer them on the 3DS via local wireless, or by using a generated key powered by RICE5_LIB encryption and decryption system! We are making a website where you can transfer your ShadowCoins on your 3DS into your online account! You can even download ShadowCoins from your online account back to your 3DS, if you want to have them without an internet connection! We're still working on authentication for the online extension, but for right now, ShadowCoins is expected to be released sometime in early 2016. If you have any questions, concerns, or just comments feel free to post your opinion
:S this seems very impossible, ^_^, good luck though!

Very possible. So say both the 3DS and website have the same encryption method and use it to import/export coins. Simple as crap.
^_^, oh well, I guess I'm uneducated on the networking capabilities of the SmileBasic program as well as the interactions. Good luck!

I'm honestly not too knowledged about the project myself, I'm just working on front-end web development.

What's RICE5?
RICE stands for Random Integer Combination Encryption. I originally made it for PTC, but the format was crap. So me and Fury did a few changes while keeping the spirit of it. There's a version for PTC (won't be released), SB (public key: D3EQY3LJ) and Node.js (not yet released).
Hello Shadow, do you have an executable release of Rice5? I need to decrypt a message possilby encrypted with your method: s8-c16-sl3-kg7. I'm not sure if that corresponds with your method, but it is worth a shot. Please message me back.' Also: I have no idea what teh password is

First of all, to decrypt a message in RICE, you use the chat. There's a module called riceencrypt. Second, that isn't RICE. RICE encoded messages look like this:
$RICE6.{3-29-21-22-20-7C-71-25-3C-26-39-32-76}
Now, even if the encrypted data had the header removed, that message isn't encoded in hexadecimal. So that's definitely not RICE. Also, I do have a binary distribution for ShadowTech Development, but it's not (and won't) be public. I'm replacing RICE with ShadowCrypto (which I'll be releasing, open source, soon). Finally, you can't decrypt RICE without a password. Sorry, but that's how most encryption methods work.

Can't open chat, doesn't work for me :(

Why are you advertising you program in someone else's topic? Would you like it if I was saying "Use my programmy thing!" all over your calculator program page? It's completely irrelevant and rude.

Minx, chill. Somewhere the devs mentoined making buying dlcs a thing..

Hi please put my dlc for my calculator called VIP edit access please my calculator is on here enjoy
I thought he was saying something like try my program. I didn't realize that's what he meant. Oops!
Spoiler[Would help if he used grammar]

Why would you need VIP access for a calculator? What, you're able to multiply?

ayyyy lmao xd

Hi please put my dlc for my calculator called VIP edit access please my calculator is on here enjoy
I don't appreciate this kind of comment. This is somebody trying to get early API access before having their DLC accepted. This is also annoying for other people. Please, don't come here asking for this kind of stuff yet. By the way, let me correct that grammer for viewer's ease.
Hi. Please put DLC for my calculator. I'd like it to be called "VIP Edit Access". My calculator is under the "Programs" tab. Enjoy!

ShadowCoins is cancelled Sadly, due to the development team never being able to meet up to write and discuss, ShadowCoins has been cancelled. This is not due to technical difficulties, so if another chance for ShadowCoins comes up, ShadowTech Development will possibly begin development again. For now, ShadowCoins is dead. If a moderator comes onto this post, please do not close or delete. I want to allow the developers time to attempt to get together so we can revive the project, but as of right now, in this state, it is cancelled. TL;DR: ShadowCoins is cancelled because the developers couldn't get together and talk, moderators, please don't close/delete thread so developers have a change to possibly get together and restart the project. With deep regret, ShadowCX11, CEO/Head Developer, ShadowTech Development P.S. to the people who said this would be cancelled: This isn't technical!!!

Well hey, I'm still available. Frontend web dev?

Well hey, I'm still available. Frontend web dev?
The frontend isn't the problem. The backend is. Sorry Chemical...

Alright Mods, you can close this now. ShadowCoins = dead (at least, in SB...)
