Quote of the Day

Alright, so at 12 AM UTC on November 4th, my Quote of the Day Bot will run for the first time. What is QotD? It's a cool little thing I'm doing to have a bit of fun. Every day, it'll choose a random quote from a list I'll have on GitHub. This list can have a pull request submitted by anyone with new quotes, and they'll be possible next time the bot runs. So far, I only have 7 quotes, but I'm hoping others will submit their own, as long as they add the proper metadata as shown in the file.
