(Off-Topic) 3DS fixes and bypasses

For my Original 3DS, the 3D Depth Slider isn't working, and I'm stuck at the Initial Setup. Is there ant way to bypass the 3D Screen Check?

If you have CFW, maybe transferring a 2DS CTR image may work (not sure don't trust me) If you don't, there isn't (AFAIK) EDIT: If you can, open the screen and move the 3D slider nub inside it, otherwise, without CFW you're out of luck. :(
