I saw something and I really want to give the creator credit because it's great. Unfortunately I'm retarded and can't figure out how to add my いいね to it. Any help?

In your downloaded programs, hold A on a program until a menu shows up, then choose "いいね！を送る".
Exactly. Holding A also allows you to add it to your Favorites (Those 9 slots on the main screen.) And a few other things like checking for updates or blocking a creator.
