What if someone made a QR scanner that scans in PTC programs in SB?

Lack of camera support in both PetitComputer and SmileBASIC is pretty disappointing. I'm guessing Nintendo must've been against it because I can't imagine it'd be very difficult to implement.

I believe this is in fact the case, but I don't remember a source for this info.
