Wait. Is it actually DMCA striking FNAF on here, even if it's fair use? Or is it SmileBOOM tryna get us to make original games only? I'm super confused.

Well, if you have permission, or are only similar to the other game when it comes to appearance, than you should be fine. Leaving a disclaimer may work although you should always get permission. I don't really want to go in depth about legal stuff and what not, but basically yea it was striking FNaF on here because it looked the same as the old one. Remember, gameplay can be the same, the appearance is what makes it infringement. Or something like that...

Also, I like how this thread started off about getting FNaF SB on SBAPI, and yet it turned into just general discussion about FNaF on SB

I got an idea and it's as stupid as me. (pretty stupid): If someone has fnaf SB please upload it with a key after that remove it immediately before smileboom finds out.
