[CONCEPT] Kega Fusion remake for Windows 3DS

So, recently, Windows 3DS will have it's browser soon, but... When I was at school, while working, I thought... "Can Windows3DS had a Kega Fusion remake to play Sega Genesis and Sega CD or 32X games?" Well, my fathers doesn't let me use a computer, so, why don't port Kega Fusion emulator to 3DS with SmileBASIC?

Not meaning to be rude but. I don't really think you can do that, emulators are SUPER hard to make. Also even a GB emulator made in SB lags a ton and that system is almost 30 years old and "simple". But if you would somehow actually make one that would be really really really impressive and technically amazing.

I mean, remaking the games and launch them on the emu. And it would be useful to win Midori and Otyax on the competition.
