Cloud Saves & SB on Switch

Does anyone know if SB saves files and programs you created to a cloud? My 3ds died and I didnt feel like getting a replacement. I have 1 game on here and was wondering if it would still work. Also I heard that SB might be coming to the switch. Does anybody have anymore info on that, or will I just have to wait to find out?

You can download programs you've uploaded to the server but otherwise nothing else is recoverable.
