ASTER (ASTEROGUE)

ASTEROGUE is a game where you pilot a yellow spaceship, to combat the UFO invasion. You are propelled forward every second, as you fly across the upper orbit of Earth defending our planet. Text only, Top down, Grid based game-play with a looping boundary. (Think Asteroids meets Space Invaders) UFO's slowly enter and as time continues new UFO's appear. Time is ticking down. Will you, the last hope for Earth, survive?! Your Goal: In Story Mode is to defeat the Mother-ship. Or score as many points as you can in Infinite Mode.

Instructions:

Menu: D-pad and A Toggle between Story Mode and Infinite Mode, and between Normal Difficulty and Hard Difficulty with the left and right D-pad. Press Up and Down to toggle between the four menu options, and when the cursor indicates, press A to Start the game, or read the CODEX. Game: D-pad and A Boost and turn in four directions with the D-pad, but remember there is no turning more then 90 degrees. Press A to FIRE your "Asteriated Nuclear ball" that can destroy most UFO armor in 1 hit! (only one "ball" can be fired at a time.)
