Any way to have mobile-friendly horizontal rules?

As the title says. I use a lot of Unicode box Symbols in my manuals, and when you view them on Android, most of the page zooms out to fit the text. http://imgur.com/KYwfGHi

They also extend offscreen on widths smaller than yours. We could... ugh.

Only if the text has no places to break words. So if you type jfdksa;ljfdkls;ajfdksa;ljfdkfjkdsjfkdjsfkjdksfjdskaf;ds or something, it'll truncate it on smaller widths.
