Seriously? No attribution and this is basically a clone of my 3DS OS, just with the graphics messed up! Not even the name was changed substantially! unauthorized copying and sharing without attribution - but there was never a rule against this trademark infringement - you need to copyright your thing first so yeah, like AnswerXOX you can't leagally do anything.
