Description A basic fighting game of it’s own accord. Feel free to comment about what you think about the concept. I’ll be updating the whole thing as a demo as soon as I figure out how to program it. Instructions (Controls) A: Heavy Attack B: Light Attack X/Y: Jump [Default Setting] + Pad/Circle Pad: Move Each character has 20 HP, it’s like Pocket Rumble but with a lot more stuff. For starters; there are complex input moves that are executed by hitting two directions then punch or kick. Think of Ryu’s Hadoken move executed by hitting down, right, then punch. No more failed attempts with the d-Pad and the circle pad. Some multi-hit moves can do as much as 3 damage, provided that the first hit is successful. And the game has a super meter which fills slowly over time. To get the super you land hits and perform special moves. And depending on the character you play as, the supers can do as much as 6 to 8 damage!

And seeing the other comment, how do you program a fighting game? someguywhomak someguywhomak You need to know what you're doing to make a fighting game. Try extensively researching how fighting games work and then try to mimic it. Look at hitboxes, damage data, hit lag, knockback, and etc. This will take a really long time, personally I've been researching and recreating and etc since summer 2017. The active frame data points are all as follows; recovery/hitbox/startup. You get the start up frames, followed by the hitbox, then recovery. someguywhomak someguywhomak It's also important to know that you shouldn't announce projects until they're done or nearly done.
