The mystery of DLCOPEN

i found a command exclusive to japan. it's name?DLCOPEN. The guide for it asks for IPs... Could DLCOPEN be online multiplayer in SmileBASIC? who knows? RHETORICAL QUESTION! JAPANESE PEOPLE KNOW! (oh and by the way it's in a japan-exclusive second DLC pack so it's not just straight up japan exclusive and people in japan can use it without any DLC packs which would be weird)

IP = Intellectual Property specifically, the NAMCO asset downloadable content. It's a DRM feature to protect the Japan-only Namco graphics/etc. from being copied around like normal files.
