Happy Halloween! It's time for a raycaster game! This is a survival game filled with skellingtons, explosions, and of course, cats. Find the key and escape the maze, and if you rescue a cat you may get a reward... but watch your back! You never know what may be lurking in the shadows...

Instructions:

Controls: Circle Pad - Move X/B - Look up/down L/R - Strafe A - Throw bomb (hold to cook if unlocked) Y - Open gate D-Pad - Zoom map

Notes:

Includes the first release of the raycasting library.

I'm making an FPS using this engine, if anyone cares.....
Nobody minds, I expected somebody would do this sooner. I look forward to your video game made through forced open-source nonsense.

Hello, calc84maniac - san I will be appear in a Japanese TV program, which is called "NHK World", to talk about SmileBASIC and would like to introduce a couple of great games as a part of my part. I am considering taking your game to introduce as a great game by a foreign user and would like to have your approval beforehand. Are you comfortable with that? Please email us at info@smilebasic.com if you need more details.

DUDE DO IT!!

It would be an honor! I definitely approve. Let me know if you would like me to provide any comments about the game.

One of my favorite games on SmileBasic so far! my only gripe is turning you need to make it easier make it either L/R or right/left on the dpad. (or zl/zr New 3ds only...which i have!)also make the bomb throwing a little less slippery, on too many ocasions have i had a bomb slide under a skeleton(mainly because of the odd turning) only other problem i have is the hit detection even if i have a bomb right by a wall if it's just barely visibly off the wall doesn't break. So overall i think this game is super addictive but needs just a bit of touching up to make it a little more enjoyable.(: PS: New weapon classes, enemies and worlds would be pretty cool.not necisisary though. If you just want the game to stay simple i would be good with that too;Just some food for thought.; )

Notohoho is the president of Petitcom and by extension the president of that contest, so if you look down the comments I think calc84's already in good hands. Perhaps he still has to "enter" it by formality though
