SmileBASIC filenames causing file transfer issues

After using both Checkpoint and JKSM to back up my SmileBASIC data, I encountered some issues with transferring the backed up files to my computer. Filenames cotaining "." seemed to cause some issues when being copied, as the files claim to have been 'moved' whenever I try to delete or copy them. If your files contain more than two ".", this seems to cause problems. The two problem files for me were uncompleted projects, named TY.T.S. and TPOPSICLES.... Both of these cause problems when attempting to transfer them. I think the file browser reads them as invalid extensions, at a guess. Can anyone else test or confirm this, and see if they have the same issue?
