Question about SmileBASIC BIG

Since I don't think many will want to get a Japanese WiiU and do the whole dance to get SmileBASIC BIG (I know I don't), is it currently possible to get BIG through some... slightly less legal methods? I haven't checked the rules recently so this is a crapshot on wether it's against the rules or not. Sorry if it is!

That's what I was thinking too. I thought about another method that still lets me buy the game:
  • Get Haxchi
  • Change region with CFW
  • Make JPN region account
  • Buy SmileBASIC Wii U from Japanese eShop
I haven't done this yet, however, because I'm not sure it would work, and if it would work, I don't know what I'd do with it.
