I'm planning to do a chat like PictoChat in SmileBASIC.
I think it will have this specifications:
Up to 4 players
Drawing sending
A shared drawing page
Emoticons (no, Emojis no) (With a parsing system with regex)

Sounds cool banana, I was hoping there would be a pictoChat on the 3DS when I upgraded to it years ago, I use to chat with my sister through the bedroom wall when we had to stay quiet...so yeah; good luck on creating it!
