The only project folders normal programs can access are the current project, and the SYS folder. The only expections are the programs assinged to the SMILE button.
But since you asked:
LOAD"PRG0:MYPROJECT/PROGRAM
That will load the program to slot 0.
Remember, if you try to use the / to access an another project than SYS, it will error unless done via the SMILE button program.
