So you are turn smilebasic into homebrew by modifing
So you are turn smilebasic into homebrew by modifingYes... Pretty much
You must either be really new or really good at this, fwi though
SmileBASIC can't even access the SD card.
Or even correct. Smilebasic can access the SD card: https://3dbrew.org/wiki/ExtdataSmileBASIC can't even access the SD card. What the hell are you talking about?I swear, nothing that you say is positive or encouraging.
Yeah but it's all encrypted, and if you can decrypt it you probably already have homebrew access. :P
Like I said tc's either really good or really new at this. The statement "homebrew on 3ds" is really vague because you might have to have homebrew to get homebrew on your 3ds, and what would be the point in that, and at the end of the day SmileBASIC is kind of already homebrew.
Plus there's no userland SD card access, can't just go into D:/New Folder/...
That's not direct SD card access. Extra data has to use an specific path in the SD and the data is encrypted. But yeah I'm not an expert on exploits and they might be able to hijack other processes that can read and write directly to the SD.Or even correct. All it needs to do is get to the root of the SD card to start the boot.3dsx file. That's not direct SD card access. Extra data has to use an specific path in the SD and the data is encrypted. No game can directly access anything on the SD card unless Nintendo allows it.All it needs to do is get to the root of the SD card to start the boot.3dsx file. That's not direct SD card access.
